There are a few reasons why your card may have been declined:
- You haven’t activated your card yet
- You’re card is locked
- You have insufficient funds
- You have used up your 5 contactless payments of the day and now you are required to perform a Chip and PIN transaction
If your card is still getting declined and is due to none of the above listed reasons, then please contact us through the Xonder Chat and someone from our Support team will there on hand to help you out.
To get to the Xonder Chat you will need to head over to the Settings which can be found by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the Xonder App screen. At the bottom of the Settings page you will see an option which will say Need Help? If you click that, a live chat will open. Begin typing and someone from our team will guide you through the next steps.
